I can’t find a coaching or meditation package that seems right for me. Are there more options?
Everything is customizable, from length of engagement, to sliding scale fees. You have two options here:
What is your refund policy?
Once payment is received, there are no refunds. There is an opportunity to end your engagement early, however. When you sign up for a coaching package, payment is broken down into two chunks. The first is due by our first appointment, and the second by our middle appointment. If, at that time, you choose to end the agreement early, the second payment is not expected.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Life happens, totally get it. Please provide me with 24 hours notice and we’ll re-schedule the session.
If you miss more than one session in a row, I’m going to start to worry about you. Don’t make me worry. If the sessions aren’t working for you, and you’re avoiding them, let’s talk about that. If you’re skipping sessions because you’re avoiding the topic at hand, we should talk about that, too.
If you don’t show up and I was expecting you to, I reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. I need to hear from you. Please reach out. My contact info is in your welcome package and in our coaching agreement. If you prefer, send me a quick note here.
Can I lengthen the term of our agreement?
Well, that just tickles me! I’m glad you’re so eager! There are two possible scenarios.
We've completed (or nearly completed) our coaching agreement, but you want to go a little deeper or take your goal a little bit further.
In this scenario, we both agree a few more sessions are a good option. We'll add on a pre-determined number of ad-hoc appointments at $100 per session.
We've completed (or nearly completed) our coaching agreement, and you've reached the expected outcome of that engagement. Now, you'd like to tackle something new.
In this scenario, we'll start a brand new coaching agreement, with the new goal or intention clearly fleshed out. This way, we both get a sense of completion with the original goal. We’ll get a fresh start, with a fresh goal, with a fresh agreement.
Can I call or email you between sessions?
If we keep our call or email short (5 to 10 minutes), and it’s not more than once (OK, maybe twice) between sessions, I am all yours, no cost. You may reach out with questions about expectations (like homework), or for clarity about something we talked about. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If, however, we find ourselves embroiled in longer coach-like conversations, we’ll talk about the possibility of adding sessions.
If the call or email is for technical support (e.g., you can’t access something I've set up for you), those are cost-free, always.
Please note: By “technical support”, I mean things within my control, like making sure I’ve given you the correct access rights to Google Docs. I don’t (and can’t) provide software support for the tools we use, but am happy to refer you to support pages for those tools.
What if I need an extra coaching session between appointments? Will this cost extra?
If you’d like to have an impromptu coaching session between our regularly scheduled meetings, that’s totally fine!
We have two options here.
- We can shorten up the agreed upon timeline by using one of the sessions from our coaching agreement.
- We can add an extra impromptu session.
Extra sessions cost $100 (per one hour).

What if I want to stop the sessions mid-way?
While I’d be sad to see you go, these sessions need to be working for you. We’ll talk about this at the beginning of our mid-point session, when the second payment is due. If you don’t decide to move into the second half of our arrangement, you will not be expected to pay the next portion.
How do you accept payment?
At this time, payment is accepted through PayPal or email transfer. Payment is broken down into two payments, the first due by our first appointment. The second payment is due by our middle appointment. You will receive invoices before payment is due. All fees are shown in Canadian (CAD).
What currency are your fees?
All prices are in Canadian (CAD).
